This Faculty of Information Technology and Engineering specializes in equipping students with skills and knowledge relevant for a diverse market. The University focuses on empowering graduates to professionally utilize IT for the purpose of innovation and organizational growth, as well as train learners to apply a range of IT disciplines to solve real life challenges.The Faculty also oversees the training of engineering to prepare learners for the industry and empower them to apply lessons learnt to meet global requirements. Students enjoy an opportunity to work closely with renowned scholars in their fields and are also exposed to industry expectations. Additionally, the University guides students in registering with the Energy Regulation Board which is a critical step in their career.

The Faculty is headed by Ms Josephine Magu, a seasoned trainer and a capable leader who is passionate about quality education and research. She leads a proficient team in training thousands of students in sound principles to produce IT and Engineering experts who can impact the world.She holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Kenya Methodist University, Business Computing (IMIS) from Strathmore University and is a qualified trainer with CCNA. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Information Technology at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (Ongoing)
